We are a full service renovation design and remodeling firm.

Born in 2021, Upside Properties was originally founded to flip homes in the Milwaukee area. Since then, we’ve transitioned into a client focused design & renovation firm. We work with homeowners to create spaces that reflect their unique design style whether they are transforming one room or a whole house.

Upside works closely with Caitlin Rose Designs, Katula Co. realty and contracting, and countless other subcontractors who we choose with care. We strive to restore the charm in spaces without removing character. If you’re looking to complete a project of your own, please let us know about it!

Sometimes you just have to trust your designer’s vision. @caitlin_rose_designs decided to go bold with blue, making this a one of a kind flex space.

A small, but very mighty master en-suite. Entering this renovation we thought it was important to maximize the space and add a full bath, even if that meant reducing the bedroom size.

Our Process

You have an idea. You want more out of your space, or you’re buying a new home and want to make it yours.
You let us know about your idea and we pay you a visit. There is no charge. We will discuss your goals, budget, and design ideas.
We work together using the information in step 2 to develop a plan for your renovation. You let us know what you think of our proposals and we finalize a renovation contract.
We decide on a start date, timeline, and begin working on permits and organizing the trades we will work with on your project. Once we hit the start date we will hit the ground running and complete the construction as quick as possible so that you can get back to enjoying your space.
